Self awareness and Self compassion are keys to a life fully lived. Anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc direct your attention to the areas of your life where you are ready to grow. These challenges invite you to reassess the choices you make and how you make them, to come into greater alignment with your life purpose and joy. It is my joy to be a warm, open, safe and empowering presence with you, and to accompany and guide you to your own internal wisdom and clarity.
My eclectic style equips me to tailor sessions to the present moment - listening with you to the sensations, thoughts, and emotions calling for your attention now. We will discover which coping skills, activities and allies; meditation, breath-work, movement, nature, dream, art, journaling, music, prayer,etc, speak most directly to your heart.

Schwartz, Ph.D., is a mindfulness-based form of therapy that helps clients identify and work with these internal “parts,” by becoming self aware, clients are empowered to strengthen their internal connection to “Self,” better able to lead from their Higher Self.
